Entrepreneur, dreamer, traveler. I am where I should be

 

When I am asked what I do, I still find it hard to say that I am a photographer. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do but I don't see this as something that I do but more of something that I am.  Since I was a little girl, I remember my parents saying that I was "observant" and with a "keen eye". I never understood what they meant until I picked up a camera.

 

Photography has given me the opportunity to express not only myself but also the individuals I photograph. I strongly believe that if everyone could experience how others live, this world would be more compassionate, filled with less prejudice and more tolerance. I am in a constant search to make a difference and will continue my education through my travels and through my lens via the moments and people that I capture.

 

My beliefs are simple, I believe that happiness is a choice, I believe in love, honesty, family, nature, sunrises and sunsets.  I strongly believe that we create our reality by what we focus on. I love life, laughing, deep talk with friends, lunch with sisters, sports with brother, movies, music, art and traveling.  I believe everyone that enters my life enters for a reason. I am most comfortable being myself with  flip-flops,  wearing Eileen Fisher and no makeup, but I am just as comfortable wearing Bottega Veneta, Armani  and my chrome hearts. I am a simple person with interesting taste that knows what she wants from myself and from life.

 

I am an entrepreneur, a dreamer, a traveler, a photographer, a daughter, a sister and a best friend. I cover my silver hairs but show off my wrinkles. I am the proud owner of an awesome dog and a very inquisitive cat.  I am where I should be. I am a lucky girl who feels blessed for every minute of my uncomplicated life.
